Refund & Cancellation Policy for Private Services

We are committed to providing professional, high-quality care. Please read the following policy carefully regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of private appointments.

1. Rescheduling Appointments

• You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Our clinicians will work with you to reschedule your appointment wherever possible before considering cancellation.
• To reschedule, please call the pharmacy directly.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• No Refunds will be given for cancellations.
• If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule

• All cancellations and rescheduling must be made by calling the pharmacy directly.
• Online rescheduling is currently not available.

4. Consultation Fees

• Some services (such as weight loss consultations and travel clinic consultations) carry a non-refundable consultation fee.
• If you choose not to proceed with treatment or vaccination after the consultation, the consultation fee will still apply and be charged.

5. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled at the clinician’s discretion, and no refund will be issued.
• Missed appointments (“no shows”) are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please speak to a member of our team.
